My kid loves this thing. Nerf war in the future fornsire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid has so much fun with this nerf blaster. She really likes this motorized blaster. She doesn't have to reload it often since it has 25 darts. This blaster needs batteries but doesn't come with them. This is a great gift for kids and adults.

It's one awesome blaster. It does jam occasionally. The special darts have to be in perfect. It's really a cool blaster. A bit hefty but my kids really enjoy it.

Wow, just wow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first nerf gun I have seen with a trigger safety and I love it! My 7 year old is having a blast playing with it as well. It was very easy to assemble and load. Shooting is easy and the darts go a nice distance. The only con I can say is it does not work without the required C batteries, but I like the noise it makes when it's ramping up.

Ok this is the best NERF Gun EVER!! Over the years, I have bought several for my kids and nieces and nephews etc! Love Nerf Products!!! But This Nerf Ultra One fun is the bomb of all Nerf Guns!! I’m the MOM and I had so much fun playing with this fun, we were all fighting over who got to play with it next!!! Talk about whizzing bullets!! We had bullets flying and ricocheting all over the place!! We all loved it! Teenagers and Adults!! Now we feel like it’s a must to invest in three more of these Bad Boys so we can have an all out Nerf war!!! Box says it’s recommended for ages 8 and up, and I agree with that, due to the size of this gun, a younger kid or small built kid, might find it heavy to hold or carry around. I think these would make great gifts this coming Christmas!! Something fun and different for that hard to buy for man or teenager! I would definitely recommend this Nerf Gun! So MUCH Fun!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nerf Ultra One Motorized Blaster, includes 25 Nerf Ultra One Darts. It is compatible only with Nerf Ultra One Darts. A semi-automatic, one trigger pull is one dart fired. It is powered by 4 C batteries, not included. It could possibly fly darts 120 feet, but it will be not accurate. This new Nerf Blaster is a bit bulky due to barrel, but children around 8 years and up, should be able to handle it just fine. These take special darts that are a bit costly, and they don't seem as durable as the standard Nerf darts. This Nerf Blaster has a major cool factor. The rapid fire and motor will appeal to children, and adults alike.

Fun and Cool Blaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice looking nerf gun and it has a good weight to it. It might be too heavy for smaller children. Loading the ammo into it was really easy. There are two issues that I have with this nerf gun. First, the darts keep getting stuck and the nerf gun jams every other time you try to fire it. That can get a bit annoying. Second, the range is not great and the darts do not travel very far. This nerf gun would not hold up in a nerf gun battle.

Not What I Expected

5 of these bought for Christmas, and disappointed, is an understatement! This was all 3 of my kids and my nieces, most wanted Christmas gift, plus this was my husbands gift from me. They've asked for this gun for over a month, was super excited they got it, put batteries in it, and it doesn't handle nor shoot like the commercial made it seem it should. I understand nothing works like commercials show they should, however,  the 25 round magazine drum, which is the coolest part about this gun, usually discharges a bullet every 3rd or 4th pull of the trigger, making it to where they have to shoot it 70+ times, to empty the entire magazine drum, not cool!

Pros: Looks awesome, holds 25 bullet.

Cons: Will not shoot without 4 C batteries. Batteries make the back of the gun too heavy, making it very awkward, but manageable, for my husband to hold, but our children and niece, whom are 12 and under, isn't as manageable. It doesn't discharge the bullets like it should, and it wasn't just 1 of the guns that done that, all 5 of them had this issue. The discharge issue wouldn't be that big of a deal, however, it's battery powered, and you have to pull 1 trigger, to get the momentum built up, then pull a second trigger, to fire the bullet, it will discharge a bullet, then 2-3 bullets won't be discharged, yet the momentum is still going, therefor draining the battery, which for my family, the battery's for all of these cost just as much as 1 gun did. We, like most, work very hard for our money, so unnecessary battery use, is frustrating, and at this rate, I'd say the batteries would last, maybe 2 days. It requires a certain type of Nerf bullets, and they're not cheap, nor will the regular nerf bullets work in it. 

We are new to the Nerf gun world, as all the kids are just now old enough to safely have fun with these. We will be returning these guns, and picking out a different one, that doesn't require batteries, and isn't automatic. My sister-n-law, bought our youngest twin sons, an off brand, rifle style, nerf gun, and my kids are way more impressed with those $10 guns, then this Nerf gun.

5 bought and all 5 disappointed! Don't buy!!!

Too big for kids to operate, trigger pull too stiff,  causing a jam almost every dart, overpriced, poorly designed proprietary darts which have a horrible ballistic coefficient, so naturally that means terrible accuracy, very weak distance. Also due to the accelerator spooling speed requirements you cant hide to shoot someone as it takes this extremely noisy motor 1-2 seconds to reach full speed. And if you can get a second or 3rd dart to fire the accelerator loses its inertia causing them to drastically drop in speed which means you have to wait another 1-2 second before you can shoot the next dart. Which is fine because it jams so much you have at least a minute between each shot. The more i write this review the madder i get.  Really regret spending 50 dollars on it. Its worth maybe $5 I wish i didn't throw the box away.

Great way to throw away $50.

Poor instructions and difficult to assemble. Doesn't work. Turret wont cycle, dart in chamber visibly off and clearing chamber is very difficult to open once closed. Being returned as it took the fun we had planned for Christmas Day.
